Environmental physiologist Andreas Flouris of the University of Thessaly in Greece is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ghhin.org\/people\/andreas-flouris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leading the effort<\/a>\u00a0to apply hard science to labor policy, helping governments around the world establish rest and rehydration protocols for high-heat conditions.
