The main objective of this Action was to standardise material structural testing and analysis, to harmonise membrane/foil skin research, to collate energy performance and LifeCycle Analysis data/tools and to deliver innovative systems and applications in the urban environment. The COST Action on ’Novel Structural Skins’ has brought the relevant researchers and experts from industry together with the aim to harmonise the current research and to stimulate innovation with regard to structural membrane skins.
